Processing Time

Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping address.

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Packaging

Each crystal and mineral is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Larger or more delicate specimens may require additional protective packaging.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and the item so we can help resolve the issue.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address, we may not be able to redirect or recover the package.

If you notice an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
