We want you to love your purchase! We take care to accurately photograph and describe our crystals, minerals, and other natural specimens so you know what to expect.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

• Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our store's contact page with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyer-Preference Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing appropriate insurance for valuable or fragile specimens.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for buyer-preference returns, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Natural Crystal and Mineral Characteristics

Many of our products are natural, one-of-a-kind specimens.

Natural variations in color, shape, crystal formation, texture, inclusions, and surface characteristics are part of their unique beauty.

We make every effort to accurately represent each specimen through photographs and descriptions. Natural characteristics accurately disclosed in the listing are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

For buyer-preference returns, refunds generally cover the item's purchase price, excluding original shipping charges where permitted by law.

If an item is returned damaged or altered, any adjustment to the refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the selling platform's policies.

Exchanges

Because most of our crystals and minerals are unique specimens, we generally cannot offer exchanges for an identical item.

If you would prefer a different specimen, please contact us to discuss available options.

Marketplace Purchases

Purchases made through eBay or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's buyer-protection and return policies.

Where marketplace rules provide additional protections, those rules take precedence.
